Is it possible to get a new dish mine is damaged?

Not from Sky you will have to source your on replacement and installer

 

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)


Please note: Free (advert supported) Hayu content is available via the On Demand section of your Sky planner, you DO NOT access the free content via the Hayu app!

I'm afraid Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD set ups (where you've posted).

 

You'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check/repair/replace the dish/LNB if that's the problem.

 

The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.

Thanku for answering... I'll try get hold of sky to change to an alternative.. dont really want to pay out for a new dish tbh
