I have just bought a new TV - Toshiba 43L2163DB and when going through the install, it will connect to my WiFi but when I do the channel search, it won't pick anything up. When selecting, I have 4 options to choose: digital cable, digital aerial, analogue and satellite. I chose satellite. And then asks for antenna type so I chose option of 1 satellite dish and multiple receivers as I have sky multiroom. Then I get this screen. I've tried running the channel search on version 1 and 2 under the Astra satellite option but it still says no channels can be found. There are loads of different satellites to choose from but I've no idea how I find out which one I'm on! Can anyone help? Thanks in advance

If you have Sky TV equipment then you don't need to tune in any satellite channels as your box has them already. And I'm guessing you have no satellite dish connected to the TV?
You need to be searching under D aerial if you have one connected as yout Sky TV box will or should be connected via HDMI cable?

Thanks both. All good now. I guess I was just following my TV installation guide too much to the letter. Previous TV's have given a better indication of what not to do when using sky products.
👍

Televisions increasingly have Freesat satellite tuners built-in, and references to these can be confusing when trying to set up Sky (which cannot be received on such hardware).
