New Sky box not received

I was supposed to have a new Sky + box yesterday but it didn't come

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Sky no longer support Sky+ or Sky+HD. There are no replacement boxes. You either have to subscribe to Sky Q or change to Glass or Stream.

No @Nickson5562 Sky no longer support Sky+ (where you've posted) so won't be sending a new Sky+ box out.

Sky don't provide new or replacement Sky+ boxes. Was it for a different TV service - Sky Q or Sky Stream?

I was on the phone with one of your Sky support guys last Friday and he promised to send me one to stop me cancelling Sky

Then you've either misunderstood or been misinformed. There are no replacement Sky+ boxes.

This forum is primarily customer-to-customer help, you are not talking to Sky staff members here

 

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream
