New Sky box not received

I was supposed to have a new Sky + box yesterday but it didn't come

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Sky no longer support Sky+ or Sky+HD. There are no replacement boxes. You either have to subscribe to Sky Q or change to Glass or Stream.
