I have received emails informing me that my Sky + box will not receive software enhancements and that I can upgrade to a new Sky Q box at no extra cost. I want to know if I have to change my Sky TV package or anything else that will cost me more if I have a Sky Q box. Please explain. Thanks.

Just in case you're not aware - we're customers here, not Sky Customer Services. I would give them a call. You may have to start a new subscription but you can negotiate on the price.
Sky will likely try to convince you to switch to Sky Stream rather than Sky Q, so I'd suggest being ready for that discussion.
