The BT engineer has been and fitted the new Sky Broadband Hub.
Still missing delivery of the new Sky + HD box as my old one is way out of date.

You can sign up to Sky Stream which provides you with a small box called a Sky Stream puck. This connects to your broadband via WiFi or ethernet. All channels and on demand content is then streamed to the puck. It does not record and has fewer channels than the satellite service. Do some research before deciding if it's the right product for you.

Re: New Sky BT installation
@APC4 Sky won't supply a new Sky+HD box. The last one was manufactured 10 years ago and they're now obsolete. Have you signed up for Stream or Sky Q, perhaps?

That's not going to happen. Sky no longer support Sky+ or Sky+HD set ups and they don't supply boxes.

Re: New Sky BT installation
If it's still working then carry on using it, but you won't get a new box like that and if you buy a second hand box that won't work at all.
