I currently have Sky+ HD. Is Netflix free with Sky+?

No, there is no way to access Neflix via Sky+ as Sky+ has no app support, you need Sky Q or Sky Glass but I'm not sure of the cost if any

Worth noting Netflix is not 'free' with Q or Glass/Stream either: Netflix Basic is bundled with the Ultimate TV subscription (and paid for through the higher cost of that), and then has an additional payment to access HD/UHD Netflix content.
