Blue screen when changing channels.

Can anyone help please? We are having problems with our Sky+. Whenever we change the channels we keep getting a blue screen. All sound disappears also. We also have noticed that the information bar is also getting stuck. So for example it's 7pm but it's showing programs for 11pm and will not scroll either way. If anyone could advise I would be grateful 🙏

  • Hi Anne thank you for your reply we have already tried this and it only works for about an hour and then we are back to square one.
