I have a Sky + HD box. I trier to upgrade to Sky Q when they no longer supported Sky + but when the engineer came he said that fitting SkyQ would be extremely difficult and expensive due to trees as I live in the wilderness.
since then, about once a week I switch on the TV and cannot watch any Sky channels. I get a message asking me to upgrade my subscription. I already pay a full subscription for all channels.
I phone Sky help and they turn it all back on within a minute but I have to keep on phoning. It's becoming tiresome.
