My sky box isnt working

The sky box was on last night I was watching itvx, then all of a sudden the box isnt working , sky has completely come off my tv it's working with normal channels as it was before I had sky , I've unplugged the box removed the wires put it back and it lights up but there is nothing at all ? Please help

You've posted in the Sky+ forum. Is this actually a Sky+ box? Or Sky Q or Stream?
