Hard Disk not working on Sky HD box

Cannot Record programmes or On Demand. Did usual troubleshooter actions

Firstly try a Planner Rebuild if you haven't already.

Then try a Full System Reset. This will wipe and reformat the hard drive, but might get it working again.

If that doesn't work, then you've come to the end of the road with Sky+HD as you can no longer replace the box with another one and would need to switch to Sky Q or Sky Stream (or Glass).
