My sky+ box isn’t working

My parents are in their 80s and this is absolutely ridiculous that you can't speak to anyone for help. They're sky+ box isn't working, we've tried everything, the box is old and they need a new sent to them

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy service that Sky are winding down
Sky no longer send out Engineers/Technicians for Sky+ customers or replace boxes unless they already have Sky Protect Insurance with Domestic & General
If you don't have Sky Protect then you''ll need to either commission a local satellite installer, purchase a replacement secondhand or consider moving to Sky Q for satellite TV or Sky Glass/Stream for IPTV ( please do your research )

@Tony83 in what way is the box not working? No lights on the front panel ?  Error message? And what have you tried?

@Tony83 As the box is old is it Sky+ SD or Sky+ HD?
