@Fay100 I'm not aware that the Sky+ remote has the functionality to make sound. Do you have Sky Q?

But the channels are now wrong ie. choosing 401 for Sky Sports 1 HD brings on 859 and vice versa !
Are you using the remote to do this or an app on your phone because if it is the app then the channels are reversed if you are using the TV Guide.

My sky Q remote has done the same thing.
In the middle of the night it started beeping as though the find remote button had been pressed. By the time I had got down stairs it stopped. In the morning it was not working. I had to re-pair the remote to the box.

Try asking in the Sky Q forum, no one with Sky+ has a Sky Q remote!

Ok thanks. I just searched on google if anyone had the same problem and the thread came up. I thought that being on a help forum on the sky website there may be sky engineers on here to help not just people with the old sky+ boxes. I think I'll just ring sky and get help from the engineers.
