My sky box is broken

@Mo133 does the power LED on the front panel of your Sky box change from amber or red to green when you press the on/off button on the box?

@Mo133 it sounds like you're right - your Sky box has had it. Unfortunately you can no longer replace Sky+ boxes as they're obsolete. You'll need to speak to Sky about upgrading either to Sky Q or Sky Stream.
