@ShaunKemp try restarting both your Sky box and your broadband router.  Switch both off at the plug.  Wait 30 seconds before restarting your router and another 4 minutes before restarting your Sky box.

We are having problems with sky tv 

live and on demand 

 

I have reset the internet router and turned the sky box off

 

i can do it again but have already tried that several times 

 

you could always ring me when I'm I. Front of the TV which would probably help us both 

 

I assure I would t be vague then

We are just other customers here.

 

SKY no longer support SKY HD boxes so even if you contact them direct they are extremely unlikely to talk you through your problems.

 

For anyone to assist you here you need to give us specific details of the problems you are having - especially any error messages  etc

@ShaunKemp live TV comes from your satellite dish, so the lack of an internet connection wouldn''t make any difference. On Demand comes from your broadband connection. So you appear to have two unrelated problems.

 

What error message do you see when you try to watch live TV?

 

Does your Sky box have a WPS button on the front panel?
