My Planner got deleted without memory being full & deleted items not in deleted folder.  Any idea's

Otherwise, if they were downloaded programmes, they have passed their expiry date, in which case they're automatically removed. Or very occasionally a glitch of some sort might cause your Planner to be emptied.
