Posted on another thread but not received any assistance.
Main box fine, but 2nd box not working since 9.30pm last night. Can only view the free channels and non of the paid for ones. Unable to pause, record or playback any recordings and says I'm not connected to router when I am.
Have done a planner rebuild, then system reset (so lost all recordings) new install and nothing has helped.
Another poster had the same problem and after it was escalated and fixed he said "they performed a remote action which reactivated the card and all channels started working again." so can somebody please escalate this for me.
