Hi,
Since the 19th multiroom has not worked on one box. Reading here I need the card to be paired again. I'm unable to do it via the box so used the app to no avail as it's still not showing anything other than free channels. getting through to sky via telephone to sort out tha nationwide broadband issue yesterday was a nightmare.
I there any way this complaint can be escalated so I can get it paired. Thanks

30 minutes to get through, now 30 minutes on hold. Comes back just now they have technical difficulties! Got to wait for a call back.
