Have main sky HD+ box in one room and one multu room with all channels able to record and live pause, working fine. Second multi room suddenly stopped being able to record or live pause.
Have removed and wiped/cleaned viewing card
Unplugged all devices and rebooted
Reset sky+ box and completed the rebuild.
Help please

Thank you, I have completed the manual backup but it will not let me reactvate my viewing card. When I use the link it just takes me back to step 1 of manula backup. Amy advice, thank you.

Thank you for all your help.
Still not working I have tried install, rebuild, rebotting etc. Reactivated my viewing card by the sky app.
I am getting a message on the front page 'Top picks is only available with an active Sky TV subscription'. Could this mean by viewing card it faulty. Subscription in place, the other box working fine.

When I try to go on channel 106 it says "interactive Services are not avilable. Please check your viewing card is insetted and your sky box is connected to your broadband'.
I have tried the help advice remove card etc. Broadband connection showing okay.

Same and many have the same issue since around the 19th. It's annoying as I am paying for this service and can get hardly anything.

I phoned and got told they have techinical issues their end and couldn't even get my account up.

I rang sky again just now. Fixed in under a minute the card needed to be activated again by sky. I suggest you ask for that to be done
