Move main box

Hello 

 

we need our main box moving to another room, can this be done

Yes. You can either buy a diy satellite cable extension kit which connects to your existing dish cables and run them through to the new room, or you could ask a local satellite installer to reposition the cables from the dish straight to the new room. Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment so won't help with this.

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream

Yes, but you'll need to find someone to do it for you or do it yourself as Sky have dropped engineer support for Sky+ now

Online via Amazon for example, or hardware stores such as Homebase, B & Q. Try googling 'satellite cable extension kit'
