Our sky+ box has completely died last night. There are not lights on or anything. We have tried unplugging and plugging back in but still nothing.

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream

You will not be able to replace the box as the viewing card will not pair to a different box
