@Angie193 Is this on Sky+ or Sky Q? (You've posted in the Sky Q Forum but sounds like Sky+).

I'm seeing the same issue. No top picks since 28/01/23.

 

Is there any way to contact sky? There doesn't appear to be a contact us email, a support chat link or a phone number on their website.

No help from sky at all just deny there's an issue,  think they're Tring to push everyone to streaming but boxes are mine as had to pat for to get 2tb boxes and besides sky problems they work great. Some programs want to watch not available on download so need to record to watch at my leisure  so streaming not option.

Presumably because Sky fixed whatever the problem was.

Did anybody manage to fix this?  I have entered network info manually and it says I am connected to the internet but Top Picks can not load.  I have had this for months now. I wonder if it is a ploy to get us to go to  SKY Q. Which I can not have as my internet speed is terrible

Another one? If you can download from Catchup or box sets, your internet connection is fine. 

 

I believe Sky recommend a very low 3Mbps for Sky Q.
