Message comes up saying my viewing card is not authorised but it’s the same one that’s been in the

The message on the tv - says

viewing card not authorised but it's been in the box for years and we have not taken it out . It was working fine yesterday. I have turned the box off , taken the card , re turned the box back on after 4minutes but it makes no difference

Hi my tv says sky card not authorised but it's been fine for years?
done the update procedure not helped though

any suggestions 

will ring sky if I can't get any answers ps it's sky + HD

Hi thank you for help

no I haven't signed and then cancelled

they offered Q but I want the Christian channels and Q won't provide this

the sky guy said I was able to keep the sky + HD BUT if it needs an engineer they won't be able to help for free

@Liz7771 you shouldn't need an engineer, but it looks like you'll need a replacement Viewing Card.

 

If you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here for a private online chat, so that you can report this to them?

All channels available on Sky+HD are available on Sky Q.
