Call Sky and ask for them then. Nobody on here knows what your 'products' are.

If you ask nicely they might give you them back. For a fee of course... and a new 24 month contract.... etc.

@Cjfm33 what products do you mean? How are they 'out of contract'?  When you come to the end of a discounted minimum term, your contract doesn't end and nothing is automatically cancelled.
