My TV has started to change channels on its own and will not stop, then going blank 

I have tried switching the switches on and off also removing them for an hour but unfortunately TV has a mind of its own

@Cab4in6 you've posted,in the Sky+ forum. Do you actually have,Sky+? Or is it Sky Q or Stream?
