Low volume on BBC 1 through Sky +HD box. All other channels fine. Terrestrial BBC1 volume is fine.

When selecting BBC 1 through sky+HD box I have to up the volume to over 30. All other channels via Sky+HD box come through at normal volume. If I go to terrestrial aerial feed on TV the volume is perfect.

Yes same on sky Q box channel 101 BBC 1 CENTRAL gone very low volume towards all others last few months

Unless you're using an external sound system, make sure ypur Sky box is set to output stereo, not DolbyD.
