Hi - I added Sky Sports for month to watch the Rugby Summer tour about three hours ago but the Sky Sports channels have not gone live so I can't watch them on my TV or via SkyGo on laptop.
How long do they take to go live? I've also had no confirmation email and it's not showing in my future bills. The games start early tomorrow morning so want to check if it will be live in time.
Any help or info will be much appreciated.

billing can take a few days to update

Thanks for getting back. I ordered via website. I can now see the Sports is included in my bills for August but still can't access and no email confirmation.
Anything else I should do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUsually channels activate within a few minutes but they can take a few hours so if you still can't see them then give Sky a call.

To be honest. I was testing it out in Sky Main Event as they were showing rugby. I didn't realise that channel wasn't included in my package. So guess error on me
