Losing channels sky+
Recently through heavy rain we lost satellite signal .. most have returned except BBC1. I've reset everything, made new RF connections, input2 strength is below half. Any thoughts. Been a sky customer 25+ years and they've been less than helpful. Want to upgrade me to skyQ for free, but I don't want to. Engineer cant be sent, only to install skyQ

Re: Losing channels sky+
You'll need a 3rd party local satellite service to check out your system if you don't want Sky Q
Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream
