That suggests a dish misalignment or problem with the LNB on the dish arm. Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD. You'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check/repair/replace it.
If you have Sky Protect insurance through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them but a recent post suggested they wouldn't send an engineer - but did offer the customer £65 towards arranging one themselves.
The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.

Re: Lack of signal
Switch off at the plug and check that the dish connections at the back of the box are secure. Switch on again after 5 minutes. If you're still seeing an initialising or 'no satellite signal' message, there's most likely a fault with your dish or cabling.
Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment so you would need to engage a local satellite installer to come and take a look. If you have Sky Protect, contact them.
Alternatively now might be the time to consider switching to Sky Q - any faults with your dish etc will be corrected at no additional cost to you as part of the Sky Q installation.
