HD channels

I have not used my sky service for sometime. I have just switched it on and it is telling me to dial a phone number for HD channels.

when I dial the phone number I am told it is an invalid number.

can someone please help !

Your card has most likely been deactivated as it need a satellite signal to keep authorisation

Is that the message about the end of support for non-HD Sky boxes?
