Just received a text from Sky re getting some help with Sky + box response not delivered

Hello

i have been. Sky customer for a long time

yesterda I was unable to access the championship football games that were not on the main screens. 

Extremely frustrating and disappointing as I wanted to watch the Stoke City v Coventry which was screened at 12-30

i could watch other Sky channels

Sky+ users get a hugely cut down version of Sport+ on their boxes

These extra red button games are not going to be available via a Sky+ box but are on via Sky Q, Sky Glass or Stream. They are also available via the Sky Sports app on a mobile or tablet but not a PC or Mac.

Customers with Sky+ (with the full sports subscription) will receive the new Sky Sports+ Channel, but will not have access to the live streams as Sky+ is not compatible with the Sky Sports App.

Even though the SKY box doesn't support the new Sky Sports app that is showing the alternative games you can use the app on a mobile device such as iphone/ipad or Android mobile or tablet (but unfortunately not on a desktop)
