Just got a letter regarding a recent order

I canceld the engineer coming to my home and I'm just making sure he isn't on his way to my home

As customers here, we can't tell you, I'm afraid. You would need to speak directly to Sky.

@jones24472095  You will need to contact Sky directly because as fellow customers we don't know the answer
