Sky HD box is constantly freezing, done a full reset and saying issues with Hard desk drive

I agree with @Annie+UK . Sky no longer provide replacement Sky+ boxes, so you would need to source your own used replacement from the likes of ebay. DRX890 and DRX895 models are the most recent, albeit still from no later than 2015.
Alternatively now might be the time to upgrade to one of Sky's current TV set top boxes, either Sky Q or Sky Stream..
