Interactive not working

Hi.

Is anyone else having issues with their interactive services on their sky box.

Mine keeps saying " service is currently unavailable". I've checked everything and done a reboot, but still not working.

Interactive services were switched off years ago when Sky stopped supporting Sky Plus
