Sky hd box needs reboot daily

I have a sky HD box, I keep getting loss of signal and a reboot required message,  I press the yellow button to reboot and it works again, however this happens often, sometimes daily and has done this for weeks now

Sky+ HD is now an obsolete system which Sky no longer support. If your box is dying then it may be time to consider switching to Sky Q.

@shankly1973 what do your signal strengths show? Key Services > Settings > Signal

 

How far across is the white part of all 4 bars?
