ITV 4 gone on my Car Boot sale SKY+ Box. What next ?

I was getting ITV 4 on an old non + box . I never had a subscription ----no card -- no numbers. Now I 'm using a +HD ---no ITV4 ect.

@weller60  If the Box is astandard Sky+ box non HD then you need to source a replacement DRX890 or DRX895 which are both HD boxes.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
