Hi - I've got Sky+ and have struggled with BBC HD channels for months. It was okay when there was a SD option, but now there isn't, it's getting infuriating - especially as we watch a lot of BBC 1/2.
Input 1 signal strength is usually 70-80%, quality 90%, but then suddenly drops to 0 for no apparent reason while input 2 stays steady at 70%/90%. No other channels get affected except during serious bad weather.
Is there anything I can be trying to sort it, or should I call Sky (and if so, is that just via 150?)
Thanks!

Unless you have a current Sky Protect policy, Sky will now only offer a move to Q: they no longer despatch 'engineers' for Sky+ / Sky+ HD
You could try a local independent satellite dish specialist, but you'd have to pay them.
