I’ve got a message in screen “viewing card not authorised “ - I’ve followed all the online help but

Message saying viewing card not authorised- followed the online help but not resolved but can't get to speak to anyone!!! Think i need a new card but can't find how to order one - going round in circles - can someone please help!!!

Thank you - finally got to speak to Sky & new viewing card ordered!!!
