I upgrade today and added netflix but I don't know how to get on to it. I have sky plus and all q or

I upgraded today and added netflix but I can't find the netflix app and all the information is for sky q or glass and I have sky plus

Sky+ / Sk+ HD hardware has never been capable of hosting apps (and never will be) so you won't find reference to Netflix in their Help sections.
