Unable to watch HD channels

Unable to watch hd channels even though I pay for it ch106 is not hd but ch806 is hd But saying I need to upgrade

If you pay for the HD package then Channel 106 should be the HD one so can you confirm that you see the HD package on your bill ?

Yes upgraded yesterday but channel list all the hd channel on guide are in the 800's

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

@Ian4646 Have you restarted your Sky box since you upgraded? Turn it off at the plug for at least 4 minutes
