I need a reply from Sky employee today. Sport subscription not working missing the live action!!

Hello

I really need a reply from a Sky employee who can sort this today.

 

I added Sky sports two days ago so I can watch the Summer Rugby internationals. I spoke to @Taufiq who was very helpful

 

Sky sport HD is showing as part of my packageScreenshot 2024-07-06 at 09.58.42.png

 

Trying to watch All Blacks v England (remember it is only live once) but Sky+ box tells me I need to upgrade ... but I already have AND paid for it. I don't understand and am very disgruntled. I need this sorted in time for Australia Wales and South Africa Ireland later today

 

Sky's online bots and virtual assistants are impossible to deal with, they don't understand real people with real questions, and online chat with a human is closed for the weekend .. Really?!!😠

It looks like you're subscribed to Sky Sports Action only. Was the All Blacks match broadcast on that channel?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

It looks like you're subscribed to Sky Sports Action only. Was the All Blacks match broadcast on that channel?

Yes, I can watch 408 which has made someone very special to me (who was born in Bridgend) very happy. Only missed 11 minutes of the start of Australia Wales! She will be even more pleased if Wales win

@TV+watcher+BW  My guess is you were trying to watch on channel 401 which is only available if you subscribe to the complete sky sports package 

 

as @Mark39 indicated it looks like you're subscribed to a single sports package which only includes channels 407 / 408 / 412

Yes, all resolved. BUT, it would have been nice if someone from Sky had explained that to me beforehand. I missed a very close and exciting match
