I have just connect a new broadband.
I have two Sky plus had boxes, one reconnected ok, the other thinks it's a Sky q box, so I can't control it from my normal controller to access services to re-install the WIFI code.

The Sky+ remote for the box should control the box as changing the broadband have have no affect on this so why do you say it think it is a Sky Q box ?
