I have not had any signal to my sky + box since yesterday.

I need some help from Sky as i have not had any signal since yesterday!therefore I have not had any television,I have unplugged my sky +box about 4 time's and turned it bk on but nothing!I would like to chat to a real person about this.

@nicolawilf the cause is most likely a fault with your dish or cables. Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment unless you have Sky Protect, so you'll need to contact a local satellite engineer to take a look.

Alternatively now might be a good time to consider upgrading to Sky Q. Any dish or cabling issues will be addressed as part of the Sky Q installation at no additional cost to you.

It could be an issue with the dish so you would need to find a local company to you to come out and look into this for this is because Sky do not maintain Sky+ system and haven't done for a while now.
