I have issues with my sky+ box and remote control

What are they?

My remote buttons need to be pressed very hard for it to change channels on the sky box.

Also i can only record 1 programme at a time and im unable to change the channels 

Wheras before i can record 2 programmes and change channels

With regard to your remote, it's probably simplest to replace it. They're available at reasonable price from hardware stores and even supermarkets.

For the box itself, it sounds as though you're only receiving a signal on one of the dish inputs. Check your signal strengths (Services > Settings >Signal). The white part of all four  bars should be at least half way across.

Thanks for the reply. I have checked the settings signal.. all seems well im currently on the phone to them.. been on hold for 27 minutes
