I cant get live tv programs

Had it checked my signal is fine.

@Gail+33  Is the TV showing "No signal" or "No Satellite Signal"  the 2 are different issues as advised previously.

Have you cycled through the HDMI Inputs on the TV?

When it let's me in. When get past no signal. It says 

Need to re tune channels,  which doesn't work, doesn't happen nothing happens.

As said above: "No Signal" is a TV issue, your TV is asking you to tune Freeview that requires a terrestrial aerial and is nothing to do with Your Sky TV

How is your TV connected to your Sky box? Coax, HDMI etc...

It sounds like,you're switched to your TV's satellite (SAT) tuner, which won't work and will only give you a 'no signal' error.

You need to use your TV remote's input button to change to HDMI1, HDMI2, or HDMI3 input.

As others have said the problem here is with the TV. It isn't on the correct input. Sky can't solve that for you.
