I'm getting a message saying

the sky box isn't getting a signal but only on sky cricket sky racing film 4 and Chanel 5 all the rest are working fine

@Christine49 Sounds like a dish misalignment

unless you have sky protect insurance you will need to employ the service of a local independent contractor to check the dish positioning unless you can do it yourself
