I can only receive bbc one south intermittently

I am only receiving BBC South intermittently since the "changes".   I either don't get it AT ALL OR it says no satellite signal OR I get it perfectly ok!!!!!!  

I have spoken with Sky and to be perfectly honest they have literally NO ********** IDEA what I am talking about - so basically next to useless

Sounds more like a signal problem than anything to do with the BBC changes. Could be a slight dish misalignment, or a failing LNB amongst other possibilities. Best to book an engineer to take a look.
