BBC South West

[Galanthus]

In the last couple of days Channel 967 is unavailable through our Sky Q box. BBC West is classed as our local channel and takes the channel 101 slot but I prefer the coverage and news BBC South West provides. Anyone know why it has disappeared? I have tried a reboot and software update of the box to no avail.

@Galanthus gthere was a change to some of the channel numbers try 960 for BBC1 South West HD if not try looking from 951 upwards

I can get BBC West, it's BBC South West that has disappeared

@Galanthus I amended my post as I entered West instead of south West  as I get south west on 101 so got them mixed up as I said try 960 for BBC South West

Thanks! Scrolling through BBC South West had changed from channel 967 to channel 962!

As a BBC southwest viewer, I can't say I've noticed any issues, but it's my regional channel.

I can't check right now, cos the Mrs will slap me for her missing repair shop!

It's certainly broadcasting fine as my regional channel.

UPDATE

just checked, and it says, channel unavailable.

Now, I don't know if that's cos I live in the region, or cos it's some other issue.

It's changed to channel 962
