I can no longer record on one channel and watch another. The signal to the boxes are ok.

I cannot watch one program and record another on my Sky+ box.  It automatically gives me the option to stop recording or goes straight to the channel I am recording.  I have checked everything including the signal.

Thi s is usualy caused by one of the signals from the dish not getting to one of the tuners in the Sky Box

@Annie+UK  How do I check that out? I have done a reset and the signal seems ok.  I speak to Sky and all there bothered about is upgrading me to Sky Q without giving me an answer to my current problem.
