Hi I have not received viewing card

My tv is saying insert new viewing card and I have not received one

I believe you've recently accepted an offer for Sky Q and then cancelled. When you order Sky Q your Sky+ Viewing Card is marked for cancellation at some point. Unfortunately that isn't undone if you subsequently cancel Sky Q. 

 

You'll need to contact Sky for a replacement Card.
